The hotel is quietly located on a cliff overlooking the natural beach of Praia Formosa, approx. 5 km west of Funchal. There are a few small restaurants and bars nearby. Funchal International Airport is about a 20-minute drive away.

The brightly decorated Double Rooms Deluxe have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but with a balcony (DD2). Also bookable as a double room deluxe for single use (with balcony) (DD1).

The brightly decorated Double Rooms Deluxe Superior have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, but are more spacious (approx. 38 sqm) and offer a larger balcony and an extra bed for a 3rd person (DSU).

Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM in buffet style. For stays of 7 nights or more, you can dine in one of the three themed restaurants (Italian, Madeiran, (Madeiran only open in summer)) twice a week. For stays between 4-6 nights, this is possible once a week, subject to availability and prior reservation at reception. Snacks from 11 AM to 6 PM and lunch snacks from 12 PM to 6 PM. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (according to the hotel's drinks menu) with meals and at the respective open bars from 11 AM to 12 AM.

Not included in All Inclusive:
