The hotel, completely renovated in 2022, has a total of 104 accommodation units spread over 8 floors and is connected to the adjacent Rocamar hotel. Facilities include a reception, elevator, lounge, and indoor pool (heated). The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool (unheated), a sun terrace (sun loungers and 1 towel per person/stay included), and direct access to the sea (steps).

The renovated studios have a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchenette (hobs, fridge, kettle, toaster, and standard set of dishes, pots, microwave, etc.), air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, and a safe (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included) and are land-facing (U2S). Also bookable as a single-occupancy studio (U1S). Superior studio with sea view (with balcony or terrace) bookable for an extra charge (UT2).
