Location

The Alpenhotel Garfrescha offers the perfect opportunity to spend unique days surrounded by the impressive Alpine landscape. The hotel is located approx. 7 km from the center of St. Gallenkirchen, making it a quiet retreat that still offers good access to surrounding attractions and recreational activities. In the vicinity, you'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops, all conveniently reachable within about 7 km. For adventure seekers and nature lovers, an excursion to the region's numerous highlights is highly recommended. The Silvretta High Alpine Road, one of the most famous Alpine roads, is only about 10 km away and promises spectacular views. You can also visit the outdoor swimming pool, Naturschwimmbad, also about 10 km away – ideal for a refreshing break in nature.
Especially in winter:
The hotel is perfectly situated for skiing and winter hiking. The Garfrescha Bahn I mountain station is only about 300 m away, and the Garfrescha Bahn II valley station, just about 900 m away, takes you directly into the Silvretta Montafon ski area. The valley station of the Grandau Bahn is also only about 650 m away (valley station approx. 1 km).
