Location

The village of Vent, popular with families, impresses with its tranquil location, pristine natural mountain landscapes, and many romantic spots in the surrounding area. The charming village of Vent offers plenty of diversion from everyday life. Furthermore, the enchanting village is just a few kilometers from Sölden. Immerse yourself in the wonderful landscape on a bike or mountain bike, or during extensive hikes. An expansive network of cycle paths and well-marked hiking trails provide the optimal conditions. The area can also be wonderfully explored on horseback, with Nordic walking, or downhill on the ride into the valley. Especially in summer, you can excellently combine nature experiences and sporting activities in and around Vent with canoeing/kayaking or swimming. Become actively sporty with beach volleyball or tennis. Improve your handicap while golfing.
In winter, the accommodation offers the opportunity for extensive winter hikes. The ski run is approximately 500 m from the house. A free ski bus (according to the timetable on site) operates to the Vent, Sölden, Obergurgl, and Ötz ski areas. The ski bus stop is about 10 m from the accommodation. The Doppelsessellift Wildspitze chairlift in the Vent ski area in the Ötztal valley is about 500 m from the house. Another cable car (Gaislachkogelbahn) in the Sölden ski area (the Hochgurgelbahn in the Hochgurgel ski area is about 20 km away) is about 17 km from the house. A hiking trail within direct view of the accommodation invites you to enjoy pleasant winter hikes.

The 3-star Hotel Macun offers a total of 19 rooms and suites, accessible by elevator, as well as a welcoming lobby with seating and a reception (open 9 am-12 pm & 1 pm-6 pm). The hotel's own restaurant, "Das Siebzehn," places great emphasis on a varied and fresh menu, satisfying all culinary desires. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet with a wide selection of sweet & savory options ensures a great start to the day. For pure relaxation, the newly renovated spa area with soothing facilities such as a sauna, whirlpool, or steam bath is available.

The traditionally furnished "Simpleness" rooms (D, approx. 18-25 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, shower, toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed.

Double Room Alpin Herz

The traditionally furnished "Alpin Herz" rooms (DA, approx. 18-28 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a single sofa bed (sofa in the room from Winter 24/25).

Double Room Macun

The modernly furnished "Macun" rooms (DB, approx. 20 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed.

Alp Suite

The generously sized, traditionally furnished "Alp Suite" rooms (S2, approx. 38 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, bathtub, toilet, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed.

Small Alp Suite

The traditionally furnished "small Alp Suite" rooms (SA, approx. 24 sqm) feature a flat-screen TV, bathtub, toilet, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a double bed and a fold-up bed.

Macun Penthouse Suite (Summer)

The "Macun Penthouse" has 75 sqm (two bedrooms for 2 people each, a super comfortable sofa bed, its own bathroom with a spacious rain shower, bathtub, and separate toilet, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen). The apartment has a roof terrace and a balcony (2SB).
Note for bookings until July 8, 2024: Final cleaning fee is payable on site. €90 per apartment/stay.

Family Room (Winter)

The traditionally furnished rooms feature a flat-screen TV, shower/toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. The rooms consist of two sleeping areas with a double bed and 3 fold-up beds (DF2).

Especially in winter: Sölden ski area: Located on the Ötztal Glacier, the TOP winter sports area of Sölden with its wide, perfectly groomed pistes extends to a snow-sure altitude and offers deep snow slopes for freeriding, lifts, a race course, practice lifts for beginners, and a magnificent panorama. It also features a clear piste map with detailed information boards and various snow-making facilities. Whether it's hot tea or cold beer - various huts and après-ski options invite you for a stop during and after an extensive day of winter sports for a drink and good company. The Area 47 snow park and a toboggan run also promise a lot of fun.
