Location

The Hotel Harfenwirt enjoys a beautiful panoramic location at approx. 828 m above sea level, about 800 m from the village center with its shopping facilities. For those who want to enjoy the scenic beauty of the region during active hikes, there is an extensive network of approximately 40 km of trails, including the popular Auenweg trail directly at the hotel. Further excursion destinations in summer include the public outdoor pool in Wildschönau Oberau (approx. 3 km), the Markbachjochbahn cable car (approx. 700 m), or a summer toboggan run about 3 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly 3* Hotel Harfenwirt offers a reception area, a reception desk, an indoor pool, and a terrace that is also open in winter, in addition to its 90 units. The accommodation consists of a main building and an annex building, with the main and annex buildings being separate and approximately 200 m apart. For culinary delights, there is an à la carte restaurant and a public bar directly in the hotel, as well as the "Bauernstube" parlour. The hotel's wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and indoor pool offers pure relaxation. Guests can use Wi-Fi in their rooms free of charge.

Double room Annex building

The comfortable rooms in the annex building (approx. 200 m from the main building) have satellite TV, telephone, shower or bathtub, WC, and hairdryer. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a single sofa bed. The average room size is approx. 18 m² (DNH).

Double room 1 extra bed

This double room category is located in the main building of the hotel, is a bit more spacious, and also has a balcony. Otherwise, it is similarly equipped to the double rooms in the annex building (approx. 20m², Z1D).

Comfort double room

The comfort rooms, furnished with traditional wooden elements, are even more spacious and otherwise offer the same location and amenities as the double rooms in the main building (approx. 32m², DA).

Single room

The single rooms, located in the main building, have a single bed, satellite TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, and a balcony (approx. 15m², E).

Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
