Location

The charming village of Fügen in the beautiful Zillertal valley impresses with its diverse recreational opportunities. The traditional village of Fügen also offers cozy bars and an impressive mountain backdrop. You can find almost anything your heart desires in the Schwaz shopping center (approx. 19 km away). Additionally, there are several interesting day trip destinations in the Fügen area waiting for your visit. Particularly recommended are Innsbruck (approx. 50 km away), Tratzberg Castle (approx. 14.2 km away), or locally, the local history museum and the Erlebnistherme Zillertal. As soon as the first snowflakes fall, Fügen transforms into a winter wonderland. Skiing, cross-country skiing, and snow biking are just a few of the activities to enjoy. The snow-covered landscape is best admired during a cozy horse-drawn carriage ride or on a ski tour. Sledding on the toboggan run is also great fun. The Hintertux Glacier is approximately 42.5 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly Gartenhotel Crystal, partially renovated in 2021, with 4 Stars Superior offers a total of 92 accommodation units, a welcoming lobby with seating areas, a reception, a lounge, a wine cellar, an e-bike charging station, an e-car charging station, and drying rooms for hiking and cycling attire. Enjoy culinary delights in the breakfast room, the à la carte restaurant, another restaurant, and a traditional Stüberl. You can round off an eventful day of vacation with good company at the hotel bar or at a public bar approximately 300 m away. Furthermore, a terrace and a garden are available for relaxation. Cyclists can use the hotel's bicycle storage room. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
For your winter sports equipment in winter, there is a ski and snowboard storage room accessible from the hotel, as well as a heated ski boot room with ski boot dryers.

Double room

The rooms (Blütentraum, approx. 24m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, shower or bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a Queen-size bed (140x200cm). Occupancy: Min: 2 adults. Max: 2 adults (D).

Double room Type A (from Summer 26)

The rooms (Alpenveilchen, approx. 29m²) have similar furnishings to the Blütentraum double rooms but are slightly larger and some have a balcony (DA).

Suite

The comfortable "Zirbensuite" suites (S2, approx. 34 m²) feature a flat-screen TV, telephone, radio, seating area, shower or bathtub, some with a separate toilet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of a sleeping area with a King-size bed (140x200cm).

Family Suite (from Summer 26)

The family suites (Sonnenblumensuite, approx. 36m²) are furnished similarly to the Zirbensuite, but offer a separate living area with a sofa bed and a sleeping room with a double bed (2FS).

Meals begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
Welcome drink, daily breakfast buffet, daily afternoon snack from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM with cold and warm dishes, 5-course set menu with salad buffet in the evening, including a vegetarian option and regional specialties, gluten-free products and diet cuisine available upon request (advance booking required), free apples and seasonal fruit in the lounge.

Specifically in winter: Ski Optimal-Hochzillertal ski area: The winter sports area, particularly popular with families, with its wide slopes extends to a snow-sure altitude and is suitable for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages. It features practice lifts for beginners, a race course, and various snow-making facilities. With floodlights on, the slope can also be beautifully skied at night. Of course, after a long day of skiing, there are also various options for enjoyable après-ski. A toboggan run also promises a lot of fun.
