Location

The Hotel Saalbacher Hof is a charming and elegant hotel in the heart of picturesque Saalbach-Hinterglemm, renowned for its central location and first-class service. Situated directly in the center of the popular Saalbach ski and hiking area, it offers guests a perfect starting point for all kinds of leisure activities, both in winter and summer. In winter, guests benefit from the proximity to the ski lifts and the extensive Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area, while in summer, numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right outside the door.
Especially in winter: Just a few minutes' walk from the three main lifts in Saalbach: The Schattberg cable car is about 50 m away, the Bernkogelbahn about 250 m, and the Kohlmaisbahn about 750 m.

Facilities

In addition to a total of 94 accommodation units, the friendly hotel offers a reception, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a terrace, and a rooftop garden (approx. 3,000 m²) with views over Saalbach. For your culinary enjoyment, there is the "5 Elemente" restaurant, the à la carte restaurant "s'Wirtshaus", and the hotel bar "2020 Bar und Lounge".

Double Room

The modern double rooms are approx. 15-22m² in size and feature a double bed, bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, safe (rental), TV, and Wi-Fi.

Single Room

With otherwise similar amenities, these are somewhat smaller at approx. 15-22 m², and the furnishings feature design elements (E).

Superior Double Room

The rooms, in country house or modern/urban style, are approx. 35 m² and feature a double bed, seating area, bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, safe (rental), TV, minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi, and partially a balcony (DSU).

Deluxe Double Room

At approx. 40 m², these offer a little more space and also include a bathroom with a rain shower, separate toilet, walk-in closet, sofa, and a balcony (DD2).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites offer approx. 35-40 m² of space and include a small living area with a sofa. Some of the Junior Suites are decorated in a country house style, while others are in an urban and modern style. These rooms sometimes have a balcony (JS2).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1, 2025, there will be a new charge, the "Mobility Tax". The fee will be levied in parallel with the local tax per overnight stay and will go towards the expansion of transport. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport in the holiday region. The fee must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
