Location

The Altachhof (approx. 1,025 m above sea level) holiday and riding facility is located about 900 m from the center, where there are a few cafés and restaurants. Shops are available after 500 m for shopping. At the public adventure outdoor pool, "Käpt'n Hook," about 800 m away, you can cool off on hot summer days by jumping into the water, while another indoor pool is located in Zell am See, about 19 km away. In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours with numerous suitable trails. A hiking bus (for a fee) takes you to the directly adjacent Saalbach-Hinterglemm hiking area, with the hiking bus stop located about 400 m away. The Schattberg X-Press cable car is also about 800 m away.
Specifically in winter:
In winter, the accommodation is particularly suitable for alpine skiers. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area (with a direct ski shuttle connection, timetable as displayed on-site). The SchattbergXPress cable car is about 1.7 km from the property, and another cable car (Kohlmaisbahn) is about 3 km away. The ski run is directly at the hotel.

Facilities

The 3-star holiday and riding facility Altachhof and Hotel Annemarie offers a total of 21 traditional rooms, as well as an inviting reception area with seating, a reception desk, and a lounge. The highlight of the accommodation for young and old is the indoor riding arena (25x15m) with a panoramic riding arena (22x44m) and another riding arena (15x30m). The accommodation is located in Hotel Annemarie, which belongs to the Altachhof holiday complex with an outdoor pool, mini-golf course, and riding facility (approx. 50 m from the main building of Hotel Altachhof). Food lovers will particularly enjoy the various regional and homemade dishes and can indulge themselves in the breakfast room and restaurant. If you are looking for some relaxation, the hotel's own sauna area with its relaxing and modern facilities is perfect for unwinding from everyday life.

Accommodation

Double Room

The rustic and cozy double rooms are also located in Hotel Annemarie (D, approx. 22-26 m²) and consist of a double bed with shower/toilet, some with a balcony, cable TV, safe, and Wi-Fi. These can also be booked with either an additional extra bed (Z1D) or two extra beds (Z2D).

Family Room

The traditionally furnished family rooms (DF2, approx. 35m²) are located in the annex Hotel Annemarie and consist of two rooms with a sliding door, each with a double bed and a double sofa bed with shower/toilet, some with a balcony, cable TV, safe (free of charge), and Wi-Fi.

Family Room Type B (From Summer 26)

These family rooms are located in the annex "Hotel Annemarie" and are approx. 30m² in size. The rooms are equipped with cable TV, shower/toilet, hairdryer, and some have a balcony. The rooms consist of two areas; the first area has a double bed, and the second area has a double sofa bed as a sleeping option (2FB).
