Location

The Ferienhotel Martinerhof, particularly popular with families, is nestled amidst the beautiful mountain landscape of the Salzburger Land in St. Martin bei Lofer. The peaceful village center invites you to relax and unwind from everyday life, immersing yourself in the holiday atmosphere while exploring the surrounding farms and traditional houses. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the Salzburger Saalachtal start right outside your door. Alternatively, a trip to the adventure outdoor pool or the cable car in Lofer (approx. 2 km away) is worthwhile. In summer, the bathing lakes of the Vorderkaserklamm are also perfect for a refreshing dip. In Lofer, you'll find additional supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The cultural city of Salzburg, about a 1-hour drive from Lofer, is ideal for a day trip. The accommodation is also suitable for a winter holiday, as the "Almenwelt Lofer" ski area with ski rental and ski school is only about 2 km away. Cross-country ski trails are about 300 m away, and the ski bus stops approximately 50 m from the hotel.

Facilities

The family-run Hotel Martinerhof offers a total of 35 comfortable and modern rooms, all equipped with traditional wooden decor. The hotel also features a lounge, a dining room with a conservatory, a bar, a terrace café, and an elevator. The outdoor area includes a charming garden with loungers and umbrellas in the summer, as well as a small children's pool (approx. 20 m² water surface). Additionally, guests have access to a lockable bicycle storage room for about 6-8 bicycles. To stay connected, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The Martinerhof restaurant and a pizzeria cater to your culinary needs on-site.

Double Room "Pinzgau"

The bright and modern rooms with wooden elements are comfortably furnished with a shower, toilet, cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, and balcony. The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed and a sofa bed or an extra bed (approx. 22m², D).

Double Room "Salzburg"

The "Salzburg" double rooms are slightly more spacious and, in addition to the double bed, feature a double sofa bed. Otherwise, these rooms are equipped similarly to the other double rooms (approx. 28m², DA).

Single Room

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, the single rooms are slightly smaller (approx. 17m², E).

* NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the state of Salzburg from May 1st, 2025 onwards, there will be a new fee, the "Mobility Tax". The fee will be levied alongside the local tax per overnight stay and will contribute to the expansion of transportation. In return, all guests will receive free use of public transport in their holiday region. The fee must be paid regardless of whether public transport is used.
