Location

The Hotel Der Gollinger is idyllically situated amidst a fascinating mountain landscape, offering numerous recreational activities for both summer and winter sports. Guests have direct access to the ski slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang with Fieberbrunn and can even ski back to the hotel. In summer, numerous hiking trails lead directly past the hotel from Saalbach Hinterglemm. Despite its beautiful natural setting, the hotel is located in a quiet area, about 150m from the center with additional shops. The Zwölferkogelbahn and Westgipfelbahn cable cars (approx. 200 m) provide access to the hiking paradise.
Specifically in winter:
Prime location, Hinterglemm center approx. 50 m, ski-in/ski-out possible. Unterschwarzachbahn cable car approx. 50 m, floodlit slope approx. 50 m, valley cross-country ski trail approx. 700 m with a length of 4 km, ski bus and ski/boot rental approx. 50 m.

Facilities

The cozy and traditional hiking hotel welcomes its guests in a total of 37 rooms, which are comfortably furnished in a modern style with natural wood elements. The family-run establishment places great emphasis on ensuring guests feel completely at home, offering culinary delights in the Gollinger Restaurant, wine lounge, and bar, as well as pure relaxation in the "AlpenOase" with a spa area, sauna, and spacious relaxation zone. Popular gathering places also include the lobby with a fireplace corner, the hotel bar, and a sun terrace with "chillout" furniture. Wi-Fi access is included throughout the hotel.

Double Room (Summer)

The modern and comfortable double rooms without a balcony feature a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/toilet and hairdryer, a wellness bag, bathrobe, and slippers for adults (available at reception), TV, radio, safe, and Wi-Fi (approx. 25m², D).

Deluxe Double Room Reiterkogel (Summer)

The deluxe rooms in the "Reiterkogel" category are similar in furnishings and size to the double rooms, but also feature a balcony (approx. 25m², DDA).

Deluxe Double Room Tristkogel (Summer)

The slightly more spacious "Tristkogel" deluxe rooms have a balcony, a double bed, and a double sofa bed or an extra bed, with a separate toilet in addition to the bathroom (approx. 30m², DD2).

Deluxe Studio Westgipfel

The studios, furnished with alpine elements, are similar to the Deluxe Double Rooms and offer a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a separate toilet, and a balcony (approx. 30m², DX2).

Junior Suite Schattberg (Summer)

These bright and comfortable junior suites with balconies are located either on the north or south side and provide a combined living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed or an extra bed (approx. 35m², JS2).

NEW from Summer 2025: For all guests staying in the Salzburg region from May 1st, 2025 onwards, there will be a new levy called the "Mobility Tax."
