Location

Spend a relaxing holiday in Bad Hofgastein. The hotel "Das Alpenhaus Gasteinertal" (altitude approx. 859 m) is located just about 50 m from the center. Cafés and restaurants as well as shopping facilities are only about 50 m away. You can reach the nearest sight (Flying Waters) in about 7 km. In Bad Gastein, about 5 km away, the picturesque Gasteiner Badesee lake awaits all water lovers. You can also cool off on hot summer days at the public outdoor pool Solarbad Dorfgastein in Dorfgastein, about 9 km away. The Alpentherme Gastein with 2 thermal swimming pools is only about 300 m from the hotel.
In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The Almorama hiking area is about 50 m away. The hiking bus stop is about 50 m away. You can also reach the Schlossalmbahn cable car in about 600 m. On a cycle path about 50 m away, you can be active and enjoy the scenery at the same time.
