Location

The sandy/pebble beach is about 200m away, separated by a road. The nearest bus stop is about 100m away. Tivat Airport is approximately 25km away.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built in 2022, has a main building with 64 rooms. Facilities include a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant, a lobby bar and pool bar, as well as an indoor pool and an outdoor whirlpool on the terrace (for a fee). Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Sun loungers with cushions on the terrace are free of charge, but can only be used when the whirlpool is not in use. Bath towels are also included.

Superior Double Room

The rooms (approx. 25 sqm) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony (DSU). Also available as a single room for single occupancy (DSE).

Apartment

The apartments are slightly larger (approx. 29 sqm), have an additional bedroom, and otherwise feature the same amenities (A12).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite consists of one room with a size of approx. 35 sqm and otherwise has the same amenities as the Superior Double Room (JS2).

Superior Economy Room Annex

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) have the same amenities as the other double rooms and are located in the annex building (SSZ). Also available as a single room for single occupancy (SSE).

Superior Economy Room Deluxe

The rooms (approx. 20 sqm) are located in the annex building with the same amenities as the other economy rooms and also offer sea views (SSM). Also available as a single room for single occupancy (SEM).

Family Room Annex (TIVA21)

The family rooms in the annex building (Block B) are equipped with tiled floors, a kettle (free), minibar (for a fee), internet (free), safe (free), and a flatscreen cable TV, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. Towels are changed daily free of charge. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower with WC (A2F).
