Location

The Ananti Resort, Residences & Beach Club is located approx. 12 km from Budva (Tivat approx. 32 km, Podgorica approx. 52 km). The nearest beach, a private pebble/rock beach, is in the vicinity (free beach shuttle from June to September runs every 15 minutes). Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge at the beach. The tourist center with shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 10 km away. The following attractions are also accessible from the hotel: Budva Old Town (approx. 10 km), Lovcen National Park (approx. 30 km), Kotor Old Town (approx. 35 km) and Skadar Lake (approx. 30 km). For mobility during your holiday, there is a taxi stand (directly at the property) and a bus stop (approx. 200 m away). The airport (TIV) is approx. 30 km away. A shuttle service operates between the hotel and the airport (for a fee) as a private ground transfer. Another airport (DBV) is approximately 85 km away.

Facilities

The small and cozy beach hotel with 2 floors has a total of 20 exclusive junior suites and suites in a high-quality design. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 3 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), an elevator, air conditioning, a safe (free of charge), parking (free of charge), a security entry system, and the Sky Bar Panorama Lounge Restaurant & Bar (9 a.m. - 10 p.m.), open from May to October. For culinary delights, there are 3 restaurants, including the main restaurant "TERRAMAR" with air conditioning. We look forward to welcoming you at the two bars in the hotel. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. The modern hotel's outdoor area includes a fresh water pool (open from June to September). Umbrellas and sun loungers are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed directly at the pool bar (open from July to September from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.).

The Junior Suite Sea View with a view of the Budva Riviera is equipped with a king-size bed or double bed, an extra bed (sofa bed), a living area, carpeted floors, a kitchenette with microwave, capsule coffee machine (may incur a fee), kettle, minibar (may incur a fee), balcony, internet, safe, and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating (from April to October). The marble-style bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet (approx. 40 m², J2M).

Junior Suite Comfort Sea View

With a spacious bathroom and a queen-size bed, the brightly designed Mansard Junior Suite Comfort with a sloping ceiling also offers a great sea view of the Adriatic coast and is generally larger. Further amenities are similar to the Junior Suite (approx. 50m², C2J).

Premium Suite Sea View

The spacious Premium Suite combines modern design with elegant luxury and sensational sea views. The suite includes a cozy living area, a small equipped kitchenette, and a sleeping area with a king-size bed. The bathroom consists of a bathtub or shower and a toilet (approx. 52-55m², MP2).

Deluxe Suite Sea View

The sophisticated Deluxe Suite Sea View offers guests two bedrooms and a living area. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the two bathrooms have walk-in showers and bathtubs. The spacious living and dining area invites you to spend cozy moments with family and friends. The furnished outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying the glorious sunshine (approx. 114m², SDM). Alternatively, it can be booked as a duplex suite, slightly smaller (approx. 110m², 4SD).
