The hotel is located on a main road, approx. 2.5 km from Herceg Novi. The stone beach is about 120 m away, and Tivat Airport is approx. 25 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is approx. 35 km away.

The property comprises 45 rooms. Facilities include a main restaurant and a rooftop terrace with a pool. Sun loungers with mattresses and towels are included here. The à la carte restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar, and conference rooms are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The rooms (approx. 17 sqm) are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), safe, TV, telephone, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony (D). Also bookable as a single room (E).

Double Room Comfort

With the same amenities, the rooms are slightly larger (approx. 21 sqm), feature a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 3 people (DKO).

Park View Suite

Also similarly equipped, these suites are approx. 40 sqm, have a park view, and can accommodate 2+2 people (S2). Suites with sea view (S2M) are available at an additional charge.

When choosing the hotel and the destination airport, it is important to note that the combination of "Dubrovnik Airport - Montenegro Hotel" involves a significant travel distance, as the border crossing from Montenegro to Croatia must also be navigated. Consequently, the transfer must be planned with sufficient buffer time and will be accordingly long.
