Location

Located on a slope and above a natural beach, the Resort Belvedere offers panoramic views of the marina and 18 green islands in the background. The old town of Vrsar with its shops, restaurants, and bars is within a few minutes' walking distance.

Facilities

The resort has 134 rooms and 176 apartments spread across 16 pavilions. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the resort), a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (on the promenade towards Vrsar, "Lovor Real Grill"), a pool bar, an aperitif bar, parking (included, unguarded), and an outdoor pool with fresh water (sun loungers and umbrellas included).

Accommodation

Double Room Superior Type A

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior Type B, this room also features a sofa bed (DAS).

Double Room Superior

All rooms are equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge, safe, and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower/WC and a hairdryer, and the room offers a garden view (DSU). Also bookable as a single/child room (1DS/DAE).

Double Room Premium

With otherwise similar amenities to the Superior rooms, these are slightly more spacious and located in direct proximity to the beach (PDZ). Also bookable as a Premium Single/Child room (PSK).

Studio

The studios, approximately 40m², offer a bedroom and a living room separated by a glass wall with a sofa bed and a kitchen (including microwave, coffee machine, hob, and refrigerator). They also have a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, hairdryer, safe, LCD TV, telephone, air conditioning, and a terrace (S12).

1 Bedroom Apartment

These apartments are between 30-38 m² and have a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, and a balcony (A12/AP). Also bookable as a 1-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people (A14) or with 2 bedrooms (45-55m², A22).

Superior Apartment

With otherwise similar amenities to the 1 Bedroom Apartments, these are slightly more spacious at approx. 45-50 m² (A2U).

Premium Apartment

Spacious and comfortable apartments of approx. 30-38 m² are located directly on the sea. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, there is also a living room with a single sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a balcony (2PA).

Superior Apartment Two Bedrooms

With otherwise similar amenities to the 1 Bedroom Apartments, these offer two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, a living area with a sofa bed, a balcony, and are more spacious at approx. 45-55 m² (2AU). Optionally, they can also be booked with two bathrooms as Type A (3AU).

Superior Apt. 2BR Type B (on request)

The Superior apartments, approx. 67-79 m², can accommodate up to 6 people. They also have two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms (AB2).

Apartment Prime Location

The key feature of these apartments is their prime location directly on the sea. They have a sleeping area with twin beds and a living area with an additional single sofa bed. The kitchenette offers a microwave, coffee machine, hob, and refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. Further amenities include air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, and a balcony (approx. 30-38m², APL).

Sports included

(subject to availability): various sports activities (e.g., afternoon gymnastics, Zumba, aerobics, and aqua aerobics). A fitness center is located in the nearby Hotel Pineta.

Sports for a fee

(subject to availability): bicycle rental, water sports activities offered by local providers, diving (in Porto Sole), extensive sports facilities at the Petalon Sports Center: tennis, table tennis, mini-golf, bocce, basketball, handball, volleyball, beach volleyball, mini-football, and a padel court.
