Location

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on the beach, surrounded by pine forest, and is just 1 km from Umag town center with its shopping facilities. The nearest bars and restaurants are only about 50 meters away. You can also enjoy walks to the ACI Marina or admire the boats and yachts on the Adriatic Sea.

Facilities

The complex, popular with families, has 236 rooms. Facilities include a lobby with reception, buffet restaurant, à la carte restaurant on the beach and in the hotel, lobby bar, pool/snack bar (in high season) and an outdoor pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included; pool towels are available for a deposit. The Punta Pool complex, newly built in 2022, features a swimming pool with a hydromassage area and waterfall, a children's pool with slides and water attractions, a spray park with sprinklers and water toys, and a covered baby pool, ensuring great fun for the little ones. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for guests throughout the complex.

Double Room Superior

The rooms, approximately 22 square meters, have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a free safe. A minibar is available for a fee and a balcony with a park view (DSU/1DS).

Double Room Sea Side

These rooms, approximately 19 square meters, offer satellite TV, air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with a sea view (DY2/D1Y).

Premium Sea View

These rooms, decorated in a Mediterranean style and measuring approximately 22-24 square meters, offer, with otherwise similar amenities to the Double Rooms Sea Side, a balcony with a magnificent sea view (2PM).

Family Room

The family rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms Superior, offer approximately 27 square meters of space and have 2 additional sleeping options (sofa beds) (DF2/2FA). They can also be booked with a sea view (F2M).

Family Room Premium Sea View

These rooms are similar to the Family Rooms but offer a balcony with a sea view (PF2).

Family Room Superior Connecting Door

These consist of 2 Double Rooms Superior with a connecting door (DCF).
