Location

Albarella Island, 70 km south of Venice, is a nature oasis in the Po Delta Regional Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Located between Chioggia (distance 30 km) and Comacchio (distance 45 km), in the municipality of Rosolina in the province of Rovigo.

Connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island features 2 hotels, 300 accommodations in villas and apartments, and 11 restaurants, with a gently sloping, approximately 2.5 km long sandy beach on the east coast. Fjords (small waterways) meander through the southwest. The beautiful green areas and the opportunity to pursue countless sports (including golf, horse riding, and various water sports) cater to a wide range of holiday desires. Furthermore, the island offers the Centro Sportivo, a marina with 455 berths, an emergency doctor, ambulance service, and 2 medical stations, as well as 35 commercial businesses ranging from pharmacies to supermarkets. The island's own "Trenino" (little train) allows for exploration of the entire island. Wi-Fi hotspots are available at central points on the island.

Terraced House 2 Bedrooms

The terraced houses (R2H [S3], approx. 70 sqm) are located in the fjord area or near Capo Nord beach. The house offers space for four people over two floors and has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds or a bunk bed (a sofa bed is available for a fifth person at an additional charge). A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils. The accommodation also features two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a washing machine with a drying rack, air conditioning, and heating, as well as an LCD TV. A terrace with garden furniture, two sun loungers, an outdoor grill, and access to and balcony view of the "Fiordo-Diamante-Pool".

Terraced House Maisonette 2 Bedrooms

The terraced maisonettes (T2Z [S3M], approx. 70 sqm) are located near Capo Nord beach and a dog beach. The accommodation offers space for four to five people with identical facilities to the "Terraced House 2 Bedrooms (R2H)". A bright living area overlooking the front garden is located on the ground floor, and a furnished terrace with a small, fenced garden and barbecue facilities invites you to relax outdoors.

Villa 2 Bedrooms

The villa (V22 [V3], approx. 80 sqm) is located in the "Valle da Pesca" area, in close proximity to the RistoBar "Rustico," which offers evening entertainment. The recently renovated villa, spread over two floors with an equipped outdoor veranda and a large, fenced garden, can accommodate four people. The ground floor comprises a bright living area with a well-equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, four-burner hob, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils) and a double bedroom separated from the living area by a small hallway and door, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor features another bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Further amenities include an LCD TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, air conditioning, barbecue facilities, and two small storage rooms.

Villa 3 Bedrooms

The Comfort Villas (V32 [V4C], approx. 100 sqm) are distributed across the entire island and, with otherwise identical facilities to the "Villa 2 Bedrooms (V22)", feature a third separate bedroom with two single beds or bunk beds. The spacious Comfort Villas can accommodate six people (an extra bed for a seventh person is available at an additional charge). The outdoor area of the villa offers a furnished terrace, a large fenced garden, and a grill.

Pool Villa

The Pool Villas (2PV [V4P], approx. 100 sqm) are terraced villas over two floors with an equipped patio, fenced garden, and a private, unheated pool. They can accommodate six people (a sofa bed for a seventh person is available at an additional charge). They feature identical facilities to the "Villa 3 Bedrooms (V32)", heating, and possibly a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor. The outdoor area offers a private pool with regular maintenance and a barbecue area with grilling facilities.
Note: Free Wi-Fi is available and parking for two cars is located in front of the villa. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee.

ALBARELLA GOLF CLUB
The Albarella golf course is unique in combining the style of a classic British course with the stunning landscape of the Venetian lagoon. The Sea Links course, designed by English architect Harris, features 18 holes. Its breathtaking surroundings also make it a regular destination for an international clientele with high expectations. The Albarella Golf Club (Par 72) offers the following tee options: For men, Tournament tee white (SR 121 CR 72.0), Standard tee yellow (SR 118 CR 70.5), and Reduced tee green (SR 113 CR 68.2). For women, Tournament tee blue (SR 125 CR 73.8), Standard tee red (SR 121 CR 72.5), and Extended tee orange (SR 116 CR 70.0).

MARINA DI ALBARELLA MARINA
The Albarella Marina is a proud recipient of the European Blue Flag, an award few can boast. It offers 455 secure, weather-protected berths for boats ranging from 6 to 25 meters (with electricity and water at the quay). Furthermore, the marina features a shipyard, workshop, storage facilities, a boat fueling station, a boat ramp, a fixed crane (5 tons) and travel lift (50 tons), a nautical agency, a coin-operated laundry, a deep-sea fishing club, and a restaurant with a bar.
Arrival by boat to the marina: Maintain a water depth of at least 5 meters and orient yourself by the water tower with two rings. Steer towards the entrance at the rocky reef, marked by two further lighthouses (red and green). Follow the entrance channel, which is bordered by two breakwaters and concrete piles; stay approximately 20-30 meters to the left. Continue until you reach the marina entrance. The marina can be reached on VHF Channel 9.
