Location

The holiday village is set amidst the Tuscan countryside with dreamlike olive groves, Mediterranean vegetation, and a 15-hectare natural grounds. The beautiful sandy beach of Cecina Mare is about 7 km away. The medieval town of Guardistallo, with its narrow streets, has remained largely authentic and offers very good restaurants serving local specialties.

The holiday village has 70 residential units, a reception, an à la carte restaurant with an outdoor terrace (for a fee), a bar, and a shop. In the beautiful and spacious garden area of the holiday village, there are 3 swimming pools and 1 children's pool (1 pool open from May 1st to October 13th and 1 pool open from June 16th to September 8th) with sun loungers and umbrellas included.

Studio

The studios have a shower/WC, telephone, TV, a combined living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, and a furnished terrace (25 sqm). (Bed linen and towels are not included; they can be rented on site for a fee).

Apartment Type B

The apartments have the same amenities as the studios but are more spacious (36 sqm).

1 Bedroom Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these apartments have an additional separate bedroom (60 sqm). Apartments with 2 bedrooms are available on request.

Electricity, water, and final cleaning are included (except for the kitchen. Cleaning of the kitchen during your stay and final cleaning will incur a fee of €20 per cleaning).
