The resort is situated in a large, green area of approximately 60 hectares, offering a peaceful location. Depending on the room's location, the beach is about 250-600 meters away. The hotel provides a free shuttle service here from April 22nd to October 6th. The nearest town, Syracuse, is approximately 10 km away. Catania Airport is 70 km away.

The resort has 410 rooms spread across the main building and several single-story annexes. Facilities include 2 restaurants, 1 pizzeria (opening depends on weather conditions and is at the hotel's discretion), and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The beautiful outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with integrated children's pools (May-October), sun loungers, and umbrellas (included, subject to availability), bath towels (deposit required), and a pool bar (opening depends on weather conditions and is at the hotel's discretion). Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach (May 1st - September 30th) are also free (subject to availability), but are subject to a charge in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rows (2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per room from April 1st - September 30th, 9 am - 7 pm).

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (free), safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace. Double room for single use is also available.

Double Room Superior

Completely renovated, these rooms consist of two separate areas (living room with satellite TV and bedroom with an additional satellite TV) and a bathroom.

Comfort Double Room

The rooms have been completely renovated and are located in the main building, offering a central location to all hotel facilities. Otherwise, the amenities are the same as the standard double rooms. When booking a Comfort Room, a reserved table in the restaurant is included.

Family Room

The family rooms are similarly equipped to the standard rooms but offer an additional living area with a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person, in addition to the bedroom.

Super Saver Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the standard double rooms but are available in limited quantities.

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style. During dinner, local house wines, mineral water, and soft drinks from the dispenser are included.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet style. Dinner features a menu with a selection of plated courses. Soft drinks, water, beer, and house wine are included with lunch and dinner. At the bar, from 10 am to midnight: soft drinks, water, juices, beer, house wine, tea, coffee, and local spirits are served on tap. For a fee: international spirits, ice cream, and all bottled beverages. Sweet and savory snacks are available twice daily. All-inclusive is not valid at the beach bar.
