Location

The family resort is set on 5 hectares of green space in the north of Sardinia, surrounded by nature and bordering two beautiful beaches: Cala d'Ambra is approximately 300 m away, and Isuledda is approximately 800 m away. The small town center of San Teodoro, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is about 1500 m away. Olbia Airport is approximately 29 km away.

The San Teodoro is designed in the style of a bungalow village (1- or 2-story houses, like small villas) and features 205 rooms spread across several small buildings in the garden. Guests have access to a 24-hour reception, a small shop with souvenirs and local crafts, a bar, and a buffet restaurant with two outdoor verandas. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace and lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge; towels are available for a fee. Enjoy your evening at the pool bar with a delicious cocktail and the natural surroundings between the vast sea and high mountains.

Double Room

The friendly and tastefully furnished rooms feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (refill for a fee upon request), safe, and a terrace or balcony. Also bookable for single use upon request. An extra bed will be provided for 3 people, and for 4 people, the sleeping arrangements for the third and fourth person may include an additional bed.

Family Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious (approx. 33 sqm). In these rooms, double beds are on the lower level and extra beds are on the upper level.
