Baia Comfort

The Baia Comfort mobile homes (WMC) are approximately 22 m² in size. The units are located in a separate area close to the sea, surrounded by lawn and the vibrant colors of oleander trees. They are spacious, detached, and functional, equipped with a bathroom with a shower cubicle, air conditioning, and satellite TV. They have 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and one with 2 single beds), a living area with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a refrigerator, and a sink, as well as a covered outdoor veranda with a table and chairs extending along the entire length of the mobile home. Water, electricity, and gas consumption are included in the price.
Air conditioning is available for an additional charge.

Blu Romantic

The Blu Romantic mobile homes (WMR) are approximately 24 m² in size. The units are spacious and feature a bathroom with a shower cubicle, air conditioning, and satellite TV. They have two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and one with 2 single beds), a living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a refrigerator, and a sink, as well as a covered outdoor veranda with a table and chairs. Water, electricity, and gas consumption are included in the price.
Air conditioning is available for an additional charge.

The Smeralda mobile homes (WMM) are approximately 25 m² in size and are equipped with one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 bunk bed, a living room with a table and chairs, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and hob, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a separate toilet and sink. The outdoor area includes a covered terrace with a table and chairs.
Satellite TV, dishes and cutlery, blankets, and pillows are included. Air conditioning is available for an additional charge.

Baia Sardinia

The Sardinia mobile homes (WMF) are approximately 32 m² in size and are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a living room with a table, chairs, and sofa, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and hob, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The outdoor area includes a table and chairs.
Satellite TV, dishes and cutlery, blankets, and pillows are included. Air conditioning is available for an additional charge.

The Relax New mobile homes (WMN) are approximately 25 m² in size and are equipped with a living area with a table and chairs, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a sink, cookware, and dishes, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), a shower/toilet, a separate toilet, and a furnished wooden veranda. Air conditioning is available for an additional charge.

Baia Elite

The Elite mobile homes (MHE) are approximately 33 m² in size and are equipped with a living area with a table, chairs, and sofa, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and hob, 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds each), a shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. The outdoor area includes a table and chairs.
Note: For this mobile home type, the initial linen set (bed linen, towels) and the use of air conditioning are included in the price.

Baia Revolution

The Revolution mobile homes are approximately 34m² in size, modern and comfortably furnished. Otherwise, they have the same features as the Elite mobile home, but with two bathrooms.
