Location

The Residence Carl & Do is situated in a beautiful hillside location, approximately 800 m from the main piazza of Baveno with its various shops and restaurants, and from the shore of Lake Maggiore.

Facilities

The residence has a total of 62 apartments, a reception, a lift, a sun terrace overlooking the garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Guests also have free access to the public beach.
Wi-Fi is available for guests (1 GB free of charge).

Accommodation

1-Bedroom Apartment

The apartment (A12, approx. 40 sqm) consists of a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom or shower/WC, TV, air conditioning (approx. 15.6.-25.8.) and a balcony or terrace.
Optionally bookable as an apartment with a sofa bed (A13) as a sleeping option for the 3rd person.

1-Bedroom Apartment with Lake View

The apartment (ZAS, approx. 40 sqm) is equipped like the A12 apartments, with the addition of a lake view.

2-Bedroom Apartment

The apartments (A25, approx. 70 sqm) have two bedrooms with double or single beds, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom or shower/WC, TV, air conditioning (approx. 15.6.-25.8.) and a balcony or terrace.

2-Bedroom Apartment with Lake View

The apartments (Z25, approx. 70 sqm) are equipped like the A25 apartments, with the addition of a lake view.
