The hotel is located approx. 100 m from the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the old town. The hotel is situated on a main road (Viale Rovereto) and there is a bus stop for the local bus service directly opposite.

It also features a beautiful garden with palm trees, sun loungers, and an additional pool bar (June-August). The hotel's outdoor swimming pool (7x12 m) is open from approximately May to September.
