Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area in Kolymbia. The beach can be reached in about 350 m on foot. Taverns and shops are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot. Rhodes town is approx. 23 km away. Public buses run to Rhodes Town and Faliraki, and a bus stop is located near the hotel.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has a total of 162 rooms and consists of a main building and 3 ancillary buildings, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Facilities include a reception, lobby, main restaurant "Elia" with show cooking and an inviting outdoor terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and water slides, as well as a pool bar/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach.

Double room Superior renovated (from Summer 2026)

The Superior double rooms are renovated and more modernly furnished, and have a double bed, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI).
Further amenities include bathrobes and slippers, coffee and tea making facilities with daily replenishment, and a Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily.
Additionally, toiletries are provided in the bathroom for our guests.
Also bookable with the same renovated furnishings as a promotional room (2RP) or for single occupancy (DSE/DAE).

Junior Suite Sharing Pool

Also featuring modern furnishings, the Junior Suites are more spacious.
All Junior Suites are located on the ground floor and have a double bed, 2 single beds, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (rental), Wi-Fi, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with 4 capsules daily, air conditioning, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and umbrella, and access to the shared pool (bookable for ages 7 and up, J2).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during the high season from 1 April to 31 October:
