Location

In the Kolymbia holiday area, in a quiet setting, approx. 1.8 km from the beautiful sandy/pebble beach and approx. 800 m from the center. Here you will find numerous tavernas, bars, and cafes. A shuttle service from the hotel to the beach is offered 4 times daily (included, 10:15 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM).

The small, very family-run holiday complex consists of five buildings with a total of 120 rooms. The main building houses a lounge with a reception, an internet corner (for a fee), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026) and a mini-market. The restaurant is located in one of the outbuildings within the hotel complex. In the outdoor area, there is a small garden, a BBQ area, 2 swimming pools, and a cozy, newly designed seating terrace with 2 pool bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace, and available for a fee on the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee. In addition, the hotel offers some lounge sofas and chill-out lounges in the outdoor area.

The Superior Double Rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, telephone, safe (rental), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026), mini-fridge, flat-screen TV (10 German channels), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (2UR).
Also available for single use (1UR/1RU) or as a Double Room Superior Promo (2RP), also for single use (1RP), bookable.

Double room Superior renovated Dimitri Style

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms have been renovated in a new design for Summer 2024 and are located in the main building (DAS/3UR).

Double room Superior Poolside/private garden

These Superior Double Rooms have been completely renovated since Summer 2023 and are located on the ground floor near the large swimming pool in the rear part of the main building. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer and slippers, shampoo & shower gel, cosmetic mirror, air conditioning (included throughout the season), safe (rental), 55-inch satellite TV with HDMI connection, telephone, Wi-Fi (included in public areas), and a coffee/tea maker. The terrace offers a small private garden area with comfortable seating. From here, it's just a few steps to cool off in the large swimming pool complex (DSF).

Double room Superior priv. pool (from 14 years old)

These rooms, renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023, are modernly furnished and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior Poolside/private garden, feature an outdoor terrace in the garden with a small private pool, sun loungers, and seating (U2P) - bookable from 14 years old. Also available for single use (U1P).

Junior Suite private garden renovated

The Junior Suites private garden have also been renovated in a fresh design since Summer 2023, and with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior Poolside/private garden, are more spacious and feature a combined living/sleeping area and a private garden with a chill-out lounge, a terrace with seating, and are located near the large pool (RJG). Also available for single use (GJ1).

The Junior Suites are located in the main building, have been renovated in a new design since Summer 2024, and feature a combined living/sleeping area, a walk-in shower/WC, slippers, air conditioning (included throughout the season), telephone, safe (rental), Wi-Fi (for a fee, included in public areas from Summer 2026), mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, 55'' satellite TV with HDMI connection (approx. 10 German channels), and a balcony (JS2/JSI). Breakfast buffet from 7 AM to 11 AM with show cooking. Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM are also offered as a buffet and include a Greek corner with local specialties. 2 theme nights per week (Italian, Greek, Mexican, or Chinese Night). Every Monday, there is a Greek BBQ night at the grill area in the garden.
In the afternoon, coffee, tea, and homemade cake are served from 4 PM to 6 PM.
Guests can enjoy local alcoholic drinks (beer, red and white wine, Ouzo, and brandy) and non-alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks) from 11 AM to midnight at the large pool bar. The small pool bar is open from 6 PM to midnight and also offers whisky and gin.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from January 1, 2025.
