Location

This hotel is located in the resort area of Kolymbia, approx. 500 m from the beautiful pebble/sand beach and approx. 200 m from the tourist center. Faliraki is approx. 11 km away and Rhodes Town approx. 25 km (public bus stop nearby).

This attractive, beautiful holiday complex consists of a main building and four other residential buildings with a total of 150 rooms. The main building houses the reception hall with a reception, lounge, bar, and a non-smoking restaurant. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area consists of a large, well-maintained garden with a freshwater swimming pool, sun terrace, and a large terrace with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available at the beach for a fee. Bath towels are available for a fee and a deposit.

Double room

Equipped with bath or shower/WC, central air conditioning (centrally controlled from 01.06.-30.09.), refrigerator, flat-screen satellite TV with music channel, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, and balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Also available as a super-saver room on the first floor with garden view (SSZ), as a double room type A (DA), and at an additional charge as a double room with pool view (PD).

Single room

Single rooms are double rooms for single occupancy (DE/DEA).

A simple hotel room with bed, wooden headboard, nightstand, and telephone.

Superior double room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they feature a flat-screen TV, coffee/tea making facilities (replenished daily), a bottle of water daily, as well as bathrobes, bathroom amenities, and bath towels included (DSU/DSI). In summer 2026, also available with pool view (DSP).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DSE).

Family room

The family rooms are more spacious and, with otherwise the same amenities as the standard rooms, feature an additional sleeping area separated by a sliding door with 2 extra beds (DF2). From Summer 2026, also available with pool view (FP2).
Also bookable as an Economy Family Room (EF2).

Local alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails are served only to guests aged 18 and over.

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room from 01.01.2025.
