Location

The Lydia Maris is located in Kolymbia, on the east coast of the island, approximately 350m from the beautiful pebble beach. The resort is set in a very idyllic and green area of approx. 24,000 sq m. In the vicinity, you will find several shops and tavernas. A public bus stop is located opposite the hotel.

Facilities

The spacious holiday complex features 205 rooms, a main building, and several smaller annex buildings, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The lovely hotel offers a 24-hour reception, an internet corner, Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), a main restaurant, a grill and pizza restaurant, a bar, and a minimarket. Outdoors, there is a swimming pool with a children's pool, sun terrace, and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach. Beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

All rooms (approx. 26 sq m) are comfortably furnished with a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge (filled with 2 bottles of water on arrival), radio, 32'' flat-screen satellite TV, coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, safe (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (D). Also available as a Super Saver room (SSZ) and for single occupancy (DE/DEA).

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are more modernly designed and slightly more spacious (approx. 30 sq m) (DSU).

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a small terrace with 2 sun loungers and direct access to a shared pool (DWP). Children can only be booked from 6 years of age.
'The Double Rooms Deluxe Swim Up are not supervised by lifeguards. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with caution.'

Family Room

The Family Rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms, are located in the basement and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a small terrace (DF2). The rooms have an interconnecting door.

Suite

With the same amenities as the family rooms, these suites are more spacious and feature 2 satellite TVs and 2 air conditioning units (S2).

Suite Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Suites, the Suite Sharing Pool rooms feature a small terrace with 2 sun loungers (SSH).

All meals are served buffet-style. Gluten-free options are also available (request at reception upon arrival).

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (7-9:30 pm) served buffet-style. Children's buffet daily from 12-2:30 pm. Late riser breakfast (10:10-11 am). Pizza restaurant from 11 am to 6 pm. Grill restaurant from 11 am to 6 pm. In the afternoon, coffee/cake and ice cream, fresh waffles from 4-6 pm. Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bar from 10 am to 12 am (midnight). A snack will be provided in the room for late arrivals.
A wristband is required to utilize the All-Inclusive services.

Destination Information

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room from 01.01.2025.
