The Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa, a member of the "HHotels Collection," is located in Kiotari. The hotel is situated approximately 50 meters from the sand/pebble beach, accessed via a side road. Shops and entertainment facilities are available in the vicinity. The distance to the airport is approximately 60 km.

Built in summer 2018, this adults-only hotel (16+ years) features 250 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception with a lobby, main restaurant, patisserie, 3 à la carte restaurants: "Thymari" (Greek), "Al dente" (Italian), and "Wasabi" (Asian), Beach Bar "Splash," Street Food Corner, and Comfort Food. Lobby Bar "Del Mar," Nightclub "Bo" (several times a week), and Wine & Champagne Bar "Oinos." Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, designer toiletries, pillow menu, bathrobes, slippers, beach bag, Wi-Fi, Smart Satellite TV with music channels, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar, telephone, air conditioning, safe, double bed or 2 single beds, beach towels, turndown service, and a furnished balcony (DDM). Upon arrival, guests also receive a welcome drink.
Also available as a single room (DM1).

Deluxe Double Room Sharing Pool Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View, these rooms offer direct access to the (heated) shared pool (EU2).

Deluxe Bungalow Sea View

Deluxe Bungalow Sharing Pool

These rooms have the same basic amenities as the Deluxe Bungalows and feature a terrace with garden view as well as access to the (heated) shared pool (DH2).

Junior Suite Sea View

These spacious junior suites, otherwise equipped like the Deluxe Double Rooms, have a bath or shower/WC and an additional sofa (J2M).
Available with a shared pool (heated) and sea-view terrace (J2H). All junior suites are located in the annex buildings.

Junior Suite Sea View Sharing Pool

These junior suites have the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View and feature a sea-view terrace with access to the (heated) shared pool (J2H).

Premium Bungalow Suite Sea View

These comfortably furnished suites feature a spacious interior with a bedroom optically separated from the living area with a sofa bed by a sliding door. Amenities include a stylish bathroom with bath or shower/WC, two sinks, hairdryer, scale, and luxury toiletries, 2 LED flat-screen Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning, direct dial telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine, minibar, make-up mirror, turndown service, bath towels, and a balcony with sea view (PBM).

Suite Private Pool Sea View

The large Mayia Suites are located in the annex building and, in addition to the amenities of the junior suites, feature a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, and a second bathroom with bath and shower/WC, as well as a private pool (heated/IP2).
Complimentary VIP airport transfer is available upon request.

Breakfast (7-11 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed in one of the 3 à la carte restaurants (unlimited, subject to availability, reservation required). The Street Food Corner offers a selection of international specialties from 11 am to 5:30 pm. Snacks and more are available by the pool from 12 pm to 5 pm. Ice cream, an international selection from the patisserie, and various coffee specialties are available from 11 am to 11 pm.
The Beach Bar offers a selection of drinks from 10 am to 6 pm. The Pool Bar is available from 10 am to 1 am. At the Wine & Champagne Bar, guests can enjoy a selection of wines, champagne, and sparkling wine paired with small bites.
International alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served at the open bars from 10 am to 1 am.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount varies depending on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01.01.2025.
