Located on the long sandy/pebble beach of Kiotari. Kiotari, and the town of Lindos 10 km away, offer historical sights such as the famous Acropolis, in addition to shopping and entertainment facilities. The airport is 55 km away.

The modernly equipped hotel, situated by the sea, offers its guests 527 rooms spread across several buildings within the expansive hotel complex. Facilities include a reception with a lobby, a lounge bar, Wi-Fi throughout the premises (included), and shops. For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant "Belvedere," themed restaurant "Al Fresco" (Italian), themed restaurant "Meze-Meze" with Greek specialties, Asian themed restaurant "Wok," Mexican themed restaurant "Tapas," and a grill restaurant. Additionally, the hotel complex offers a snack restaurant on the beach, a beach restaurant "Ammos Fish Restaurant," a crêperie, and an ice cream parlor "Gelateria." The spacious garden area features 4 unique swimming pools, one with 6 water slides, several sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar (Souvlakeri, Burger House) at the activity pool, a pool bar at the main pool, and a pool bar near the beach. The suite area has another pool bar, "Breeze Bar." Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach; beach towels are available for a deposit.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms feature air conditioning, slippers, coffee and tea making facilities, telephone, Smart TV, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bath or shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSB). These rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a terrace with a private pool (U2P/PPZ). Also available for single occupancy (U1P) or in the first row to the beach (2OO).

Junior Suites are ideal for couples and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area, which can be divided by an open sliding door. Early bird breakfast (5-7 AM), breakfast (7-11 AM), late riser breakfast (10:30-11 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style. Dinner can be enjoyed up to 3 times per week (for bookings of at least 7 days) in the à la carte restaurant (Italian, Greek, Mexican, and Asian) with prior reservation.
The crêperie offers fluffy crêpes with fresh ingredients from 5 PM to midnight near the main pool. From 12 PM to 5 PM, guests can enjoy Greek street food and pasta dishes at the pool/snack bar at the activity pool.
A variety of national and international (renowned brands) alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at the open bar from 10 AM to midnight. From midnight to 1 AM, drinks are subject to a charge.
Use of the "Dine-Around" program:
This program allows guests to visit up to 3 themed restaurants of their choice per week during their stay at no extra cost, in exchange for their dinner at the main restaurant "Belvedere." Reservations are required in advance. Only valid for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays of 6 nights, guests receive one dinner of their choice without extra charge. Dress code: Smart casual.

Information on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room starting from January 1, 2025.
