Location

The hotel is located in the Kalithea holiday area, in a quiet setting and rural surroundings. The sand/pebble beach is approx. 150 m from the hotel and is accessible via a steep footpath. The Kalithea bay is approx. 500 m away. The distance to Rhodes city center is approx. 5 km. Rhodes International Airport is approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained family hotel consists of a main building and several two-story outbuildings with a total of 286 rooms and features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, TV lounge, lifts, main restaurant, four themed restaurants (two of which are à la carte), lobby bar, and a mini-market. In the well-kept outdoor area of the hotel, there is a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, a total of three swimming pools (one with a water slide), a separate children's pool, and a playground. Loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach; pool/beach towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The spacious rooms are located in the main building or an outbuilding and feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning (included from 1 June - 30 Sept), safe (included), telephone, 32" flatscreen satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D). A bottle of water is provided upon arrival.
Also available for single use (DE) or at an additional charge with pool view (PD).

Double Room Comfort

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, are slightly larger, and are located in the 2-story bungalow buildings (2CD).

Double Room Superior

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more modern and can be located in either the main building or the 2-story bungalow buildings (DSU). They can also be booked with sea view at an additional charge (DMU).

Double Room Deluxe

These rooms are slightly larger and more modern than the double rooms with the same amenities, and feature a 40" flatscreen satellite TV (DD2).
They can also be booked with a side sea view at an additional charge (DDS).

Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but feature a bathtub instead of a shower. They consist of two rooms separated by a sliding door, making them larger, and are located in the outbuildings near the pool (DF2).

Family Room Superior 2 Rooms

These rooms have the same amenities as the family rooms and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom (DFS - not 2 bedrooms!).

Family Room 2 Bedrooms

These rooms have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior and feature two separate bedrooms, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. They are slightly more spacious and located in the 2-story bungalow buildings (2FZ). Available as Family Room 2 Bedrooms from Summer 2026 (2FZ).

Suite Superior Whirlpool

These luxurious and spacious suites are located in the 2-story bungalow buildings and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, include bathrobes, slippers, two 32" flatscreen TVs, and consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom. They offer a whirlpool and private loungers on the terrace (S2J).

Suite Superior Private Pool

These luxurious and spacious suites are located in the 2-story bungalow buildings and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, include bathrobes, slippers, and two 32" flatscreen TVs. They consist of a spacious living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom and offer a private pool and private loungers on the terrace (SU2). Bookable as SP2 from Summer 2026.

Breakfast (7 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) in the "Dionysos" main restaurant buffet-style, with themed cuisine (Greek, Italian, Asian) 3 times a week. Lunch from 12 PM - 3 PM in the "Fresca All Day" restaurant, also buffet-style. Late riser's breakfast from 10 AM - 10:30 AM.
Optionally, dinner can be enjoyed once per stay in one of the four à la carte restaurants (reservations required, subsequent visits are subject to a charge).
Warm snacks are offered from 11 AM to 5 PM in the "Fresca All-Day". Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 12 PM to 11 PM at the respective open bar.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 1.1.2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience tax, which is to be paid by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 1.1.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays during high season (1 April - 31 October):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euro
National category 3 stars: 5 Euro
National category 4 stars: 10 Euro
