The Gennadi Grand Resort is located in a quiet area, directly on the pebble beach amidst an idyllic landscape with a view of Gennadi Bay. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity (approx. 7 km away). The airport is about 67 km away.

The extensive complex offers 300 rooms and features a spacious reception, lobby with lounge area, lobby bar and "Grevin" bar (for a fee). For culinary variety, there is the main restaurant "Filoxenia", an exclusive breakfast restaurant "Level 2" (for a fee, included with bookings of suite categories S2 or higher), the fine dining restaurant "Edesma" (for a fee), Premium Gin Bar "Grevin Bar- Gin Club" (for a fee), the à la carte restaurant "Ten2One" with Mediterranean cuisine, the Grill Restaurant "στK", and a traditional Greek restaurant "Οuζo". Furthermore, the complex includes a Spa & Health Club, a mini-market, souvenir shop, and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are 3 swimming pools, a separate children's pool, sun terraces, the pool restaurant "Blε", as well as 2 pool/snack bars "O Bar" and "Wet", and a beach deli "Aλati" (weather permitting). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. Parking is free of charge at the hotel (subject to availability).

Breakfast/Half Board/All Inclusive Plus

Breakfast and dinner served buffet style.
Guests booking suites or higher categories (S2/SI, S2M, SP2, IP2, 2G2, 2ZM, 2OP, 22O) can opt to have breakfast at the Level 2 restaurant twice a week.
Guests with half-board bookings can choose to swap dinner for lunch.
Vegetarian or gluten-free meals can be prepared. Please inform reception upon arrival.
The exclusive à la carte breakfast at the "Level 2" restaurant is included for guests of suites and 2-bedroom suites for two visits with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Guests of other room categories have the option to have breakfast at Level 2 for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. For an additional charge, dinner can be taken in the gourmet restaurant, grill restaurant, tavern, or other à la carte restaurants. Reservation required one day in advance.

Buffet breakfast (7:00-10:30) and late riser breakfast (10:30-11:00). Lunch at the main restaurant from 12:30-14:30. Dinner from 19:00-21:30 with live cooking (once a week) served buffet style.
Guests can opt for dinner once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants (Ten2One, Grill Restaurant, and Greek Restaurant) (minimum stay of 7 nights/reservation required one day in advance).
For lunch, guests can dine in 3 different restaurants as an alternative to the main restaurant (12:00-16:00, reservation sometimes required).
Additionally, snacks are available from 12:00-18:00.
The minibar is stocked with various drinks upon arrival for All Inclusive guests.
A selection of international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available at the open bar from 11:00 to 0:00. Beverage selection in the restaurants includes various wines, beers, soft drinks, juices, mineral water (still and sparkling), and additional international spirits are available at the bars (excluding champagne, cognac, and premium whiskeys).
Free admission to the Kozeen Spa. With a reservation, the indoor pool, sauna, and steam bath can be used.
All Inclusive Plus begins at 12:00 on the day of arrival and is valid until the guest's departure from the hotel. Any consumption at outlets open after midnight will incur an additional charge.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
