Located directly on the Blue Flag awarded sand/pebble beach of Faliraki, approx. 3 km from the center of Faliraki with its numerous bars and cafes, and approx. 12 km from Rhodes Town with its beautiful old town. Good public bus connections to Rhodes Town, a bus stop is located on the street in front of the hotel. The distance to the airport is approx. 18 km.

The complex has 546 rooms spread across a main building and two annexes. It offers a 24-hour reception, elevators, a lounge, luggage storage, a TV area, three restaurants, five bars, a mini-market/souvenir shop, and an area with electronic games (for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The beautiful garden area features two freshwater pools, a baby pool, a children's pool, water slides, and two pool bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge (can be changed daily).

The rooms, renovated for Summer 2025, are tastefully furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June-September), safe, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, refrigerator (stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival), tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony (D). Can also be booked as a single room (DE/DEA).

Double room, sea view, renovated

These rooms, also renovated for Summer 2025, are tastefully furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June-September), safe, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, refrigerator (stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival), tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony with sea view (DM). Can also be booked as a single room with sea view (DEM/AME).

The family rooms are located in the annex buildings and are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June-September), safe, telephone, satellite TV with music channel, refrigerator (stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival), tea/coffee making facilities, and a balcony or terrace. They also have a visual separation by a sliding door and a bunk bed for children, as well as garden view (DF2).
Also available for an extra charge with side sea view (FS2) or direct sea view (F2M).

Family room Superior

These rooms are more spacious than the family rooms and also feature a separate bedroom and a balcony or terrace with garden view (F2U).

Family room Premium, garden view

The modernly furnished Family rooms Premium Garden View are located in the main building and have a shower, separate toilet, hairdryer, and a magnifying mirror. 1 double bed and 4 single beds, air conditioning (June-September), safe, telephone, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with music channel, refrigerator (stocked with water, beer, and soft drinks upon arrival), tea/coffee making facilities, and a furnished balcony (F2G). Also available with sea view (FCS).
The Family rooms Premium Garden View consist of 2 bedrooms with connecting doors.

All meals are served buffet-style.
Smart dress code is required for dinner (long or 3/4 length trousers for gentlemen).

The "Foodhall" by the pool is open from April/May/October from 12-6 pm, from June to September from 12-2:30 pm and 6-9 pm and offers grilled specialties for lunch and dinner. Cold snacks from 9:30 pm-12 am. Coffee/tea and cake from 4-6 pm, ice cream from 11 am-9 pm, local and some international alcoholic and local non-alcoholic drinks from 11 am-12 am. Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
