Location

The Varelis Hotel is a small, family-run hotel. It is located about 30 km from Rhodes City and approx. 30 km from the airport. Two of the most beautiful beaches, Stegna and Tsambika, are only about 3 km away, and the village of Archangelos is just about 10 minutes away.

Facilities

The complex consists of 15 completely renovated rooms and features a reception area with a reception desk, rental safes, breakfast room, internet corner (included), and Wi-Fi (included). There is also a freshwater swimming pool (May-September) located in beautiful garden surroundings. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the beach.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01/01/2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
