Location

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Paralia, approximately 100 m from the beach. In the vicinity (approx. 500 m), you will find several restaurants and shops. The airport is about 100 km away.

Facilities

The Mediterranean Resort has 68 rooms spread across 3 floors in the main building. The comfortable and modern facilities include a reception with a lobby, an elevator, Wi-Fi (free of charge), an indoor unheated swimming pool, a buffet restaurant, and a lobby/pool bar. The outdoor area features a small swimming pool where sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge.

Double room

The cozy double rooms have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, tiled or parquet flooring, and a balcony. They are located on the upper floors (D/DI).
Alternatively, super saver rooms on the ground floor with a terrace are also available (SSZ).

Single room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are slightly smaller and located on the upper floor with a balcony (E).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM) and dinner (7 PM - 9 PM) are served buffet-style.

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room from 01.01.2025.
