The hotel is located in Paralia, approximately 25 m from the beach. The town of Paralia offers shopping and entertainment opportunities. Thessaloniki Airport is about 90 km away.

The small hotel with 24 rooms features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, internet corner, restaurants, and bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area includes a beautiful garden with a sun terrace and a private car park (included, subject to availability, located approx. 350 m away). Beach bar, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available at the beach for a fee.

Note for Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
