Location

The Creta Palm hotel is located in the small village of Stalos. Tavernas, cafes, and shops are approximately 300m away. The sandy beach is only about 50m from the hotel. Chania Airport is about 27km away, and Heraklion Airport is approximately 147km away. A bus stop is located about 50m from the hotel.

The family-friendly hotel has a total of 158 apartments and studios. It offers a 24-hour reception, elevator, luggage storage, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and a lounge cafe bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. The well-maintained outdoor area with gardens features 2 freshwater swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach. Beach towels can be rented for a fee. On-site parking is included, subject to availability.

The spacious studios feature a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet and hairdryer, toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, rental safe, satellite TV, a kitchenette (dishes, 2 hot plates, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, kettle), and a balcony (S12).
Studios can also be booked for single occupancy (S11).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season April 1 - October 31:
1-2 star category: 2 Euro
3 star category: 5 Euro
4 star category: 10 Euro
5 star category: 15 Euro
For stays during the low season November 1 - March 31:
1-2 star category: 0.50 Euro
