Location

Located on Crete's northeast coast directly on two fine sandy beaches, approx. 45 km east of Heraklion and only 900 meters from the village of Sissi. In the village center of Sissi, there is a small picturesque harbor with shops, tavernas, and kafenia. The airport is approx. 45 km away.

The complex, consisting of a main building and three Cretan-style bungalow villages, has an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception, lounges, a main restaurant, and conference rooms. In the colorful, Mediterranean garden, there is a center with shops, an à la carte restaurant, a main bar, and a snack/pool bar. There is also an impressive natural stone cave, a beach bar, and 3 freshwater pools (one Olympic-sized, an adults-only pool, and an indoor pool), with a sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, and a children's and baby pool. Bath towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room

All rooms are furnished with a combination of elegance and comfort. Decorated in a traditional Cretan style, the rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable in the bungalows, centrally controlled in the main building), satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and safe, balcony or terrace (2DB).
Double rooms for single occupancy with the same amenities are mostly located in the main building (1DB).

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

The Deluxe Double Rooms are located in the main building and, with a higher quality of furnishings than the Double Rooms, feature a walk-in shower, separate WC, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and slippers, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe (electronic), and a balcony with a sea view (DDM).

Bungalow Sea View

The rooms in traditional Cretan style are located in the bungalow area, consist of a bedroom with a seating area, and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), safe, balcony or terrace with a sea view (B2M/BAM).

Bungalow Seafront

The rooms are located in the first bungalow row and consist of an elegantly furnished bedroom with a seating area, bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a panoramic sea view (WF2/2AX).

Bungalow Suite Waterfront

These suites are also located in the first bungalow row and consist of an elegantly furnished bedroom with a seating area, a living room, partly with a sofa bed, bath/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a balcony or terrace with a panoramic sea view (W2B).

Bungalow Deluxe Sea View

Fully renovated for Summer 2025, these rooms feature bathrooms with a walk-in shower and separate WC, hairdryer, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with a sea view (2BM).

Luxury Double Room Sea View

The luxury rooms are located in the main building and feature an elegantly furnished bedroom with an armchair bed, a bathroom with a separate floor-level shower, a freestanding bathtub, and a separate WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, as well as air conditioning/heating, electronic safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, and a balcony with a breathtaking sea view. The luxury rooms are available with a king-size bed or two luxurious single beds (2LV).

Family Suite

Family suites with garden view are located in the bungalow villages or the main building, consist of a spacious and comfortably furnished living room with sleeping arrangements (partly with connecting door), a separate bedroom with a seating area, bath/WC, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and air conditioning (partly in both rooms), and have a balcony or terrace (2FS).
Optionally available at an additional cost with sea view, located in the bungalow villages (2FM).

Deluxe Family Suite

The high-quality Deluxe Family Suites are spacious, located in the main building or bungalow area, have been renovated in recent years and, with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, feature a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom with seating, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning in both rooms, a bathroom with a shower (partly with a bathtub and shower, partly only with a shower or walk-in shower), and a balcony or terrace with garden view (LY2).

Deluxe Bungalow Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Family Suite, these additionally feature a sea view and are located in the bungalow village (FDM).

Luxury Suite Sea View

The luxury suites are located in the main building or the bungalow village, are very spacious, and offer a unique design, a fully furnished balcony or terrace, and are located on the ground floor or first floor with a breathtaking sea view. They consist of a generous bedroom with a king-size bed and seating area, a separate living room with sofa beds, and two bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a separate floor-level shower, while the second bathroom has a floor-level shower. Both bathrooms have a separate WC. The suites also feature air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries (L22).

Premium Suite Sea View

The Premium Suites are spacious and feature 2 bathrooms with a freestanding bathtub and separate walk-in shower, a guest WC, makeup mirror, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries, as well as a living room with a dining area, 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds), and a walk-in closet, air conditioning, 3 satellite TVs, safe, and minibar (for a fee, MP2).

Half Board/Full Board

The main restaurant offers guests a large outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea.
Half Board: Breakfast with an extensive American buffet and dinner.
Full Board: Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy
