The newly built Oros Luxury Beach Resort is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Episkopi. A Blue Flag awarded sandy beach is in the immediate vicinity. Chania Airport is approx. 55 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 95 km away. The center of Rethymno can be reached in approx. 8 km.

The Deluxe Double Rooms with private pool offer the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and also have a private pool (TP2).
The Deluxe Double Rooms with private pool and sea view are not supervised by a lifeguard. Please be extra careful with your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Junior Suite Private Pool Sea View

The Junior Suites consist of a combined living/sleeping area, are spacious, equipped with a king-size bed and two sofa beds, and feature a semi-open bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, double vanity, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV with satellite and music channels, safe (included), kettle, Nespresso machine, and a terrace with a private pool and sea view (J2M).

The luxurious Family Suites consist of two separate bedrooms, equipped with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other. Both bedrooms have an connecting door to the bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, double vanity, and hairdryer. Furthermore, these luxurious rooms offer individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV with satellite and music channels, safe (included), kettle, Nespresso machine, and a terrace with a private pool and sea view (L2O).

2 Bedroom Villa

The 2 Bedroom Villa consists of two separate bedrooms, equipped with a total of two king-size beds and two sofa beds, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a semi-open bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower, and WC. The villas also feature individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), Smart TV with satellite and music channels, safe (included), kettle, Nespresso machine, and a terrace with a private pool (V22).

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during high season April 1 - October 31:
