Located directly on the long, gently sloping sandy beach of Malia. Numerous shops and entertainment venues, bars and discos are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Malia is approximately 800 m away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 35 km.

The charming complex, spread across nine buildings, offers a total of 144 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, high-speed Wi-Fi (included), the main restaurant "Estia", the rooftop à la carte restaurant "Elia", as well as three bars and the "Veranda" poolside restaurant. The well-maintained outdoor area features a sun terrace, 4 swimming pools (one of which is heated), a separate children's pool, and a jacuzzi. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

Tastefully furnished with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine (daily replenishment of espresso capsules included), coffee/tea station, mini-fridge (daily one bottle of mineral water included), safety deposit box for rent, and a balcony or terrace (D/DI). Also available as a Super Saver room without slippers (SSZ).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe rooms are slightly more spacious, equipped to a higher standard, and feature a 43'' Smart TV, premium toiletries, bathrobes, beach towels, and a small seating area, in addition to the amenities of the Double Rooms (DD2/D2I). A sofa bed is available for a third person in the room.
For bookings made by March 31, 2026, for the Summer 2026 season, two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach are pre-reserved by the hotel for guests, using their room number.

Deluxe Double Room with partial sea view

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms offer a partial sea view. Additionally, two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach are pre-reserved by the hotel, using the room number (DDS/ID2).

Maisonette

The ground floor features a living area with 1-2 sofa beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, two satellite TVs, coffee/tea station, high-quality toiletries, Nespresso coffee machine (espresso capsules included), mineral water (one bottle included daily), beach towels (included), bathrobes and slippers, mini-fridge, safety deposit box for rent, and a terrace. The first floor contains the separate bedroom (accessible via stairs in an open maisonette style, M2).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms consist of two separate bedrooms, one equipped with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, the rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, two individually adjustable air conditioning units, telephone, two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine (espresso capsules included), coffee/tea station, mineral water (one bottle included daily), beach towels (included), bathrobes and slippers, and garden or pool view (2XF).

Junior Suite Sea View Aquamarine

The spacious Junior Suites Sea View Aquamarine consist of a combined living and sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, as well as a seating area. They feature a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and WC (some suites also offer a separate shower cubicle), high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, 55" Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine (espresso capsules included), mineral water (one bottle included daily), mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks upon arrival (refills at a charge), beach towels (included), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (J2M). Additionally, two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach are reserved for guests, using their room number. A welcome package with snacks, mineral water, and a bottle of wine is also provided upon arrival.

Suite Diamond Beach Sea View

The Suite Diamond Beach Sea View has the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View Aquamarine but is slightly larger and offers a fantastic sea view due to its prime beachfront location (SDM). Additionally, two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach are pre-reserved for guests, using their room number.

Emerald Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View Aquamarine, the Emerald Suites Sea View, designed in an open-plan style, are considerably more spacious, offering perfect conditions for a relaxing stay (S2M). Additionally, two sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach are pre-reserved for guests, using their room number.

Pasiphae Beachfront Villa

This exclusive and luxurious villa spans two floors. The ground floor features an approximately 50 m² open-plan area combining the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a bathroom featuring a shower/WC. The first floor boasts a bedroom of approximately 50 m², equipped with a king-size bed and two sofa beds, with an en-suite WC and hydromassage bathtub, offering ultimate relaxation with breathtaking sea views. A private 55 m² garden, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea in a quiet and secluded environment, is also part of the villa. Furthermore, the villa offers additional amenities such as premium toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, two 55" Smart TVs, Nespresso coffee machine (espresso capsules included), mineral water (one bottle included daily), mini-fridge stocked with soft drinks upon arrival (refills at a charge), beach towels, and a welcome package upon arrival (snacks, mineral water, and a bottle of wine). Additionally, two reserved sun loungers are available on the beach (H2V, bookable by request only).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style. A children's buffet is available for lunch and dinner, featuring items like fish, pasta, French fries, and pizza. An early bird breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM, and a late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Snacks, ice cream, and waffles are available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the "Tropicana Vitamin Pool Bar" and are included.
The pizzeria "Il Forno" serves homemade pizza from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, such as soft drinks, juices, wine, and beer, coffee, and tea, are included from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the open bars.
Once per stay, a 4-course menu at the "Veranda" restaurant or a 5-course menu at the "Elia" restaurant is included (reservation required one day in advance).
Once per stay, access to the cocktail bar is also included (reservation required).

Ultra All Inclusive

In addition to the above-mentioned services, local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic branded beverages, such as whiskey (Johnnie Walker, Haig, Mackenzie, Red Label, and more), rum (e.g., Havana Club, Bacardi), gin, tequila, Martini, brandy, vodka, soft drinks, juices, cocktails, wine, and beer, coffee, and tea are included from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the open bars.
Access to the adult-only "Sunset" bar, which serves international alcoholic beverages, cocktails, long drinks, branded spirits, wine, beer, and soft drinks (Black Labels at a charge) from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (May to October), is included (reservation required).
Once per stay, a 5-course menu at the à la carte restaurant "Elia" and a 4-course menu at the "Veranda" restaurant are included for all room types (reservation required at least one day in advance).

Sports included

Table tennis, Padel (floodlight at a charge), darts, gym, and outdoor fitness area. Also, mini-football and mini-basketball courts.

Children's pool and playground.
From 2026 onwards, age-appropriate entertainment with theme-based activities, sports and team games, as well as arts and crafts workshops.

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
For stays in the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
Land Category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Land Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Land Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Land Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season from November 1st to March 31st:
