Location

The hotel is located directly on the pebble beach in the suburb of Koutsounari. The town center of Ierapetra with shopping and entertainment facilities is approximately 8 km away. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The small, family-run hotel has 47 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a main bar, a snack bar, a jeweler, a souvenir shop, an internet corner, and a satellite TV room. The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace for relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. The beach restaurant "Pelagos" (for a fee) with creative Cretan cuisine is located on the beach.

Junior Suite with sea view

Equipped with the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these suites also feature a seating area, coffee/tea station, bathrobes, and a furnished balcony with sea view, and are more spacious (J2M).

Bungalow with garden view

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms with garden view but are located in the bungalow buildings on the ground floor with a terrace (B12).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
