Location

The modern hotel is located in the south of Crete, on the outskirts of Ierapetra, directly on the beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the center of Ierapetra, approx. 5 km away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 98 km away.

The modern adults-only complex (bookable for ages 16 and up) has 132 rooms spread across several buildings and offers a 24-hour reception with central safe, lounge, lobby bar, elevator (in the main building only), small library, main restaurant "Tamarisk" (breakfast and dinner buffet with Greek cuisine, lunch à la carte, for a fee), an à la carte restaurant "Menoa" (Mediterranean cuisine, 7:30 PM-10:30 PM), lobby bar, boutique, spa, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-kept outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with sun terrace, the outdoor fitness area, tennis court, pool and beach bar, and a Kafenion (11 AM-6:30 PM, daily except Tuesdays). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools and on the beach.

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM-10:30 AM) and dinner (7:00 PM-9:30 PM) are served buffet-style.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the "Menoa" à la carte restaurant (daily, except Mondays) or at Máre Máre (reservation required).
A private dinner on the hotel beach can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options are available upon request. Please register at the reception on-site.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room from January 1, 2025.
For stays during high season April 1 - October 31:
