The resort is just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque village of Kolymbari. Chania Airport is around 39 km away, while Heraklion Airport is approximately 165 km away. This family-friendly hotel, with a total of 328 rooms, offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception, TV area, elevator, main restaurant, 3 à la carte restaurants, pool snack bar "Aura" (10 AM - 6 PM), lounge with lounge bar (5 PM - 1 AM), and a beach bar. Additionally, there is a mini-market, hairdresser, a nail studio, and three freshwater pools, along with two children's pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by both the pool and at the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex free of charge. Parking is available and free to use.

These design-oriented rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning/heating, telephone, safe, LED TV, minibar (on request, for a fee), coffee/tea station, a luxurious marble bathroom with a bathtub and separate hydromassage shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, slippers, and a furnished balcony or terrace (DD2).
Available at an extra charge with pool view (DPB/IDD) and for single occupancy (DD1).

Double Room Deluxe Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these rooms feature direct access to the sharing pool (SH2).
The sharing pool is not supervised. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with care.

Double Room Deluxe Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these rooms feature an espresso machine, 50" Smart TV, pool/beach towels, and luxurious "Apivita" amenities, as well as a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (PT2).
The private pool is not supervised. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act with care.

Family Room

The family rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, are designed in an open-plan style and feature a combined living/sleeping area with a visual separation, a spacious sofa bed, an espresso machine, and are more spacious (DF2).

Junior Suite Private Pool

These design-oriented junior suites feature a luxurious marble bathroom with a hairdryer, hydromassage shower, bathrobe, and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, a seating area, telephone, safe, 50" Smart TV, minibar (included on arrival, refill for a fee), coffee/tea station, espresso machine, beach bag, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a private pool (ZJP).

Half Board

Breakfast is served as a buffet in the "Basilico" restaurant and the "Xatheri" restaurant (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Xatheri for guests 13+).
Dinner is served as a buffet in the "Basilico" and "Xatheri" restaurants (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Xatheri for guests 13+).
Alternatively, dinner can be exchanged for lunch at the à la carte restaurant "Blue Dong".
Drinks during dinner are not included.
Guests with Half Board bookings benefit from the Dine-Around program in the à la carte restaurants "Avra Seaside Bar" & Restaurant, "Al Fresco," and "Blue Dong." With Half Board, a 30% discount applies to the entire food bill. Drinks are not included.
A children's corner in the main restaurant and children's menus in all à la carte restaurants are available.
A smart casual dress code is requested in all restaurants and bars in the evening; beachwear and shorts are not permitted.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) at the buffet restaurant "Basilico," lunch at one of the à la carte restaurants or at the "Blue Dong" restaurant in buffet form.
Once per week, dinner at the à la carte restaurants "Blue Dong" (Asian cuisine, 7 PM - 11 PM), "Al Fresco" (Italian cuisine, 6:30 PM - 10 PM), "Avra Seaside Bar & Restaurant" (7 PM - 10 PM, open 17.5. - 11.10.) is included; reservations are required. The à la carte menu consists of a three-course meal.
Cold and hot snacks and ice cream are available from 10 AM to 6 PM at the beach bar and the two pool bars, and from 5 PM onwards at the main bar.
Additionally, local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, draft beer, house wine, spirits, long drinks, and cocktails are included from 10 AM to 1 AM at the respective open bars (7:30 AM - 4 AM).

For the little guests, there is a separate children's pool, a playground, and a Kids Club with regular children's entertainment and special age-appropriate programs for children aged 4-11 years (available for children from 4 months - 3 years upon request, for a fee).
Swimming lessons and yoga for children are also offered.

The Apivita Spa Wellness Center, spanning 1,900 sqm, features an approximately 200 sqm heated pool with waterfalls and hydromassage, a whirlpool, Turkish steam bath, and Finnish sauna (all included). Additionally, relaxing massages and various therapeutic body and facial treatments, special programs for couples, pregnant women, and brides (all for a fee) are available, along with a fully equipped gym with a separate room for aerobics.
Entry to the Apivita Spa is not permitted for children under 14 years old.

Climate Resilience Fee Information

For stays from 1.1.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 1.1.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays in high season (1.4. - 31.10.):
