The unique location directly on the beach, not far from the village of Kalyves, makes the Kiani Beach a holiday highlight. The fantastic, gently sloping beach is right on your doorstep and invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Chania Airport is approx. 27 km away, Heraklion Airport is approx. 130 km away. The picturesque town of Chania is about 17 km away. Some shops, restaurants, and bars are about 3 km away, and a bus stop is about 100 m from the hotel.

The spacious complex with 247 rooms offers an interior with a lobby with a 24-hour reception, library, TV lounge, an elevator, mini-market, a main restaurant, a restaurant with a pool view, and a rooftop restaurant, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar, and Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms. There is also a heated indoor pool. The pool landscape includes two pools and a children's pool with a small slide. Furthermore, guests can relax in the hotel's garden. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool. Beach towels can be borrowed free of charge.

Double Room Superior

The spacious rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, kettle, and balcony or terrace (DSU). Available with side sea view (DMS/DSI) or as a bargain room (2US).

Double Room Superior Private Pool

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms feature a private pool (U2P).
The private pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Family Room Superior

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (optically separated, F2U). Available with sea view (FMZ) or as a bargain room (SSF).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have an additional living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (optically separated) (JS2). Available with sea view (J2M).

Maisonette

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms have a bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people on the upper level. The rooms are connected by an open gallery and offer side sea views (M4, M5, M6).

Maisonette Superior

The Maisonette Superior rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the maisonettes, have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom on the lower floor, and another bathroom and a bedroom on the upper floor (2MI/MB).

The restaurant "Symposium" with its beautiful outdoor terrace offers a breakfast buffet (8-10:30 am) as well as lunch (1:00-3:00 pm) and dinner (7:00-9:30 pm), also in buffet form. Alternatively, meals can also be taken in buffet form in the pool restaurant. During the day (11:00 am - 6:00 pm), there are sweet and savory snacks and ice cream. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the All Inclusive menu are included from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm at the respective open bars. These include coffee/tea for self-service, soft drinks, water, local wine, local beer, and local spirits.
Vegetarian dishes are available. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers for dinner.

All Inclusive Plus

Make your holiday extra special with our All-Inclusive Plus package. You will additionally receive premium brand alcoholic beverages, sparkling wine, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, local carbonated drinks, bottled house wine 375ml (2 bottles per person per day), premium beer, fresh orange juice for breakfast and all day at the pool and beach bar, branded coffee/tea for self-service (espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc.), barista coffee (Freddo Cappuccino, Greek coffee, etc.), and a range of branded spirits such as whiskey, rum, gin, and more. You will also receive discounts at the rooftop restaurant, mini-market, dive center, on massages, and more. In your room, you will receive a welcome basket, 2 capsules per day for the espresso machine, and a bottle of water daily. You will have access to double-speed Wi-Fi.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
