The centrally located complex, which welcomes guests aged 10 and over, is only approx. 50 m from the beach and is situated right in the center of Georgioupolis. The noteworthy cities of Rethymno and Chania are 19 km and 36 km away respectively. Chania Airport is approx. 42 km away and Heraklion Airport is 104 km away.

This adults-friendly hotel with a total of 53 rooms offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a lift, a TV corner, a buffet restaurant and a pool bar. The outdoor area features a swimming pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

The double rooms (D), renovated in summer 2025, are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.
Also available as an option with sea view (DM) or in the annex building (DA).

Double room Superior

The Superior Double rooms (DSU) have the same amenities as the Double rooms but are more spacious and feature an additional sofa bed. Also available as a Superior Double room Economy (2US).

Double room Superior Whirlpool

The Superior Double Whirlpool rooms (J2N) have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms and feature a whirlpool on the balcony.

Suite

The suites (S2), located in the annex building, feature a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed, 43" satellite TV, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee/tea station, espresso machine (2 capsules per day included), separate bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries and bathrobes/slippers, as well as a balcony or terrace.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, as well as a late riser breakfast from 10 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch is served à la carte from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, for a fee.
With half board booked, dinner is served as a choice of various set menus.
Smart casual dress code is requested for dinner. Gentlemen are asked to wear trousers, a shirt, and closed shoes.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available upon request.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
