Location

The charming adults-only Epos Luxury Beach hotel (16+ years), which opened in summer 2019, is a schauinsland-reisen original and offers its guests pure relaxation with a fantastic view of the coast of Georgioupolis and the Lefka Ori mountains. The hotel is separated from the long sandy beach with comfortable sun loungers and canopy beds by a coastal road and invites you to long and extensive beach walks.
The hotel offers ideal conditions for a wonderful beach holiday for two. The direct access to the town of Georgioupolis invites you for a romantic stroll through the village streets with shops, bars and taverns, or to linger in the village square and at the original fishing harbor.
Thus, the hotel's location is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or serves as a starting point for various excursions in the surrounding area. The picturesque city of Chania is approx. 36 km away, the popular town of Rethymnon approx. 19 km. A great change on hot days is offered by a trip to Kournas Lake, just 3 km away. Chania Airport is approx. 42 km away and Heraklion Airport is approx. 100 km away.

The 49 comfortable rooms are spread across several two-story buildings and are grouped around the hotel's centerpiece, the large main swimming pool. Sun loungers with comfortable cushions invite you to relax; pool towels are provided free of charge. Refreshments and snacks are offered in both the pool and beach areas from 10 am to 6 pm. In the afternoon and evening, the rooftop bar (5 pm - 1 am) is an ideal retreat to enjoy a cocktail and the fantastic view of the coast of Georgioupolis and the Lefka Ori mountains. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. Free loungers, umbrellas, and towels are also available on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic mirror, and high-quality toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, 42'' LED TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing equipment (on request), mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and espresso machine with daily replenishment (two capsules per day), as well as a balcony or terrace (DD2).
The Deluxe Double Rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DD1) and for single occupancy with a side sea view (DE1).

Young Traveller Deluxe Double Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms and are only available for young adults between 18 and 29 years of age (YTD).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool

Destination information for climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
