Location

The Nima Boutique Hotel, newly built for Summer 2023, is a modern, luxurious oasis of relaxation for guests aged 14 and over. The complex is located approx. 500 m from the long sandy beach of Kavros and approx. 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shops and entertainment facilities are located near the hotel. Heraklion Airport is approx. 90 km away, and Chania Airport is approx. 45 km away.

The modern schauinsland-reisen original Adults-only hotel has a total of 24 stylishly furnished rooms. The high-quality facilities include an elegantly designed lobby with a 24-hour reception, lounge, luggage room, lift, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), and a breakfast room with a terrace.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snackbar (11 am-7:30 pm). Beach towels are available for a deposit, and sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee on the public beach.

The modernly furnished rooms have a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror and cosmetic mirror, individually regulated air conditioning, a small refrigerator (filled with 2 bottles of water on arrival), coffee/tea station (refilled daily), Nespresso machine (2 capsules per day included; refilled daily), 52-54" Smart TV (with satellite, HDMI, and internet connection), a safe for rent, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing set (on request), and a balcony or terrace with mountain view (D).
Also available for single use (DE).

Junior Suite

In addition to the otherwise same amenities as the double rooms, the Junior Suites have 2 levels with an additional balcony with mountain view on the upper floor and a second TV (JS2/JSI).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
