These rooms feature a bathroom with a toilet and a separate walk-in shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, a safe (rental fee), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV with music channels, Wi-Fi, a coffee/tea station, a minibar (daily replenished with soft drinks, still water, and beer), and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Optionally, these are also available as Superior Economy Rooms (2US, run of house, without special amenities like bathrobes, slippers, coffee/tea station, daily minibar replenishment) or for single use (DSE).

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a sofa bed and are slightly more spacious (DAS). They are also available for single use (DAE).

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Comfort Double Rooms Superior, feature a private pool (can be heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and above (U2P/Q2I).

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms, feature a living/sleeping area equipped with sofa beds, and a separate bedroom (S2).

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Suites, feature a private pool (can be heated for a fee). This room type is bookable for guests aged 6 and above (SP2).

These rooms, designed in a duplex style, offer the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior and are spread over two levels. The lower floor is equipped with twin beds and a bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, while the upper floor also features twin beds and a toilet (DF2).

All meals are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed once a week in the themed restaurant (reservations required).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 3 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Early bird breakfast is available from 5 AM to 7 AM upon request (reservations required the evening before by 8 PM). Late riser's breakfast (continental) is served from 10 AM to 10:30 AM. Once a week, dinner can be enjoyed at the themed restaurant (reservations required).
From 10 AM to 6 PM, delicious snacks are offered at the pool/snack bar.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the respective open bar.

For Ultra All Inclusive guests, the service extends until midnight. Selected branded alcoholic beverages are included at the hotel's bars and the bars of the sister hotel Anissa Beach & Village. A special wine list includes wines by the glass.
Freshly squeezed orange juice is available at breakfast. Additionally, upon prior reservation, dinner can be enjoyed daily at the hotel's themed restaurant or at the themed restaurants of Anissa Beach.
A fish dinner is included once per stay.
