The Anissa Beach & Village Hotel is ideally located in Anissaras, directly on the long sandy/pebble beach. The lively town of Hersonissos, with its numerous restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shopping facilities, is only approx. 4 km away. A public bus connection is available approximately 800 m away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 23 km.

The extensive hotel complex has a total of 315 rooms, divided between the main building and the two-story annex "Knossos," located in the garden. The main building houses a lobby with a 24-hour reception, TV room, Wi-Fi (included throughout the entire complex), main restaurant "La Pergola," buffet restaurant "Garden Restaurant," taverna "Elia," Italian à la carte restaurant "Peccato Divino," Steak Corner, Pizzeria, Crêperie, Kafenion lobby bar, Street bar, souvenir shop, mini-market, boutique, jeweler, hairdresser, and a spa area with an indoor pool. The beautiful and well-maintained garden features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar, and a wine bar located by the sea. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The rooms, renovated in Summer 2025, feature a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe (rental), coffee/tea station, minibar including daily refill (soft drinks, still mineral water, beer), welcome gift, farewell gift, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Optionally available at a surcharge with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DSE/DEA).

Comfort Superior Double Room with Garden View

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a sofa bed, a bathroom/WC with a separate walk-in shower, are more spacious, and were also renovated in Summer 2025 (2CD/ACD). Optionally available at a surcharge with sea view (CM).
Also optionally available for single occupancy (1CD).

Super Saver Room

These rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe (rental), and a mini-fridge, as well as a balcony or terrace (SSZ).

Suite

The Garden View Suites are a schauinsland-reisen original and newly renovated for Summer 2026. They offer the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, with a large sleeping area for four people (open plan) and a bathroom/WC with a separate walk-in shower, and a balcony (S2).
Suites are also optionally available with garden view (SA) or sea view (S2M), each with a separate bedroom. These were renovated in 2025.

Suite with Private Pool

These suites, with the same amenities as the other suites, feature a private pool (can be heated for a fee) and were also renovated in Summer 2025 (SP2, bookable from 6 years).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and act responsibly.

Meals

Half Board

All meals are served buffet-style.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant "La Pergola".
Optionally, dinner can be taken once a week at the taverna "Elia," the à la carte restaurant "Peccato Divino," or the "Steak Corner."
Wearing an identification bracelet is mandatory for the entire stay.
Drinks are not included with dinner.

American breakfast buffet (7:30 AM - 10 AM) at the main restaurant "La Pergola." From 10 AM to 10:30 AM, a continental late riser's breakfast is offered; early continental breakfast from 5 AM to 7 AM (advance reservation required the day before).
Lunch at the "Garden Restaurant" (12:30 PM - 3 PM).
Dinner at the main restaurant "La Pergola" (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM). Optionally, you can have dinner à la carte at the taverna "Elia" (drinks included), the Italian restaurant "Peccato Divino," or the "Steak Corner" (drinks not included in the latter two) (once a week each, reservation required).
At the Crêperie, crêpes, waffles, hot dogs, and ice cream are available free of charge from 10 AM to 6 PM. Freshly baked pizza is also offered from 10 AM to 6 PM at the Pizzeria. Traditional Greek drinks and "Mezedes" are also served at the Kafenion from 10 AM to 6 PM. From 4 PM to 5 PM, there is a coffee/tea time at the "La Veranda" restaurant with cake and pastries.
Local and selected international non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available from 9 AM to 11 PM at the respective open bar.

Ultra All Inclusive

In addition to the All Inclusive services, the following amenities are available: Dinner can be enjoyed an unlimited number of times at the taverna "Elia," the à la carte restaurant "Peccato Divino," or the Steak Corner (reservation required the day before). Freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast, fish menu (once per stay), special Ultra AI drinks menu with additional selected international branded alcoholic beverages. The Ultra AI service is available until midnight.

Sports included

Tennis (included for AI and Ultra AI guests), mini-basketball/football court, beach volleyball, fitness room (from 16 years), pedal boats, canoes (reservation required), table tennis, mini-golf, giant chess.

Billiards, tennis lessons. Water sports activities on the beach offered by local providers.

Children's program

Children's entertainment 6 times a week for children aged 4-12 years. Separate children's pool and mini-disco, as well as 2 children's playgrounds.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room starting from 01.01.2025.
