Location

The newly designed, popular holiday hotel Paralos Kosta Alímia welcomes guests aged 13 and over (adults friendly) as a 5-star resort. It is located in the holiday area of Anissaras, directly on the 150 m long and approximately 5000 m² beach, which is only separated from the hotel by a seldom-used, kilometer-long promenade (swimming shoes recommended).
There are several mini-markets, bars, and tavernas near the hotel. The lively tourist center of Hersonissos with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants is only 4 km to the east. The smaller and quieter village of Analipsi can be easily reached in a 15-minute walk to the west. The capital Heraklion is approx. 22 km away and can be reached by local bus.
Various sights such as the Palace of Knossos, the Palace of Malia, the Lasithi Plateau, or the beautiful Gulf of Mirabello with the famous island of Spinalonga can also be explored.

The well-known establishment (formerly Paralos Kosta Mare) opened its doors in 1988 and has developed into one of the most renowned and popular hotels in Crete over more than 30 years. Since summer 2024, the property has been part of the PURE LUXE category of Paralos Hospitality Hotels. Following extensive renovations, which began in recent years and were completed by summer 2024, the Paralos Kosta Alímia shines in a new design.
The hotel has 152 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a lounge with a terrace and elevator, a lobby bar with a terrace, and 5 à la carte restaurants. In the beautifully landscaped complex, in addition to a sunbathing lawn with high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and parasols, there are a total of 12 pools (including sharing pools and private pools). A heated indoor pool in the spa area and two main pools each offer an integrated whirlpool. The impressive infinity pool is equipped with water loungers and a state-of-the-art underwater music system, offering a unique swimming experience. In addition, there are two new sharing pools and seven private pools. The pool bars surprise with a new design and modern, luxurious furnishings.
On the beach, in addition to high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, there are also raised seating cushions and gazebos (Bali beds) included. Additionally, there is a beach and pool service that serves you directly at your lounger. For health-conscious and sports enthusiasts, a wellness & spa center and fitness areas (open-air and indoor) are available.

Double Room Retreat Sea View Hydromassage Bathtub

With otherwise identical features to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms feature a large terrace with a landscaped stone garden, equipped with a private wooden gazebo, a small fire pit, and a hydromassage bathtub, as well as a magnificent view of the Cretan Sea.
The daily refill of the minibar with non-alcoholic beverages is included. The sound and lighting ambiance of the room can be adjusted at any time and thus individually designed. Soft equipment for yoga and Pilates is also provided (22Z; additional quotas bookable under hotel code HER201: DMA).
