The hotel is located directly on a beautiful, 350-meter long sandy beach on the north coast of Crete, awarded the Blue Flag, and is just 20 km from Heraklion International Airport and 5 km from the port of Hersonissos. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The modern, sprawling complex, very popular with many returning guests, features 647 renovated rooms spread across a main building and several annexes, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi access (included), TV room, internet corner, 5 restaurants and 4 bars (some only available until October 31st), as well as a mini-market, jewelry store, boutique, and souvenir shop. The upscale amenities include a well-maintained outdoor area with 7 pools, including 2 adults-only pools (relaxation pool, heart-shaped pool, circular pool, 2 Olympic pools, and 2 pools with water slides), a water park, children's pool, and baby pool. Double Room Superior Private Pool

In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms also feature bathrobes and slippers, a refrigerator (1 bottle of wine included upon arrival), a terrace, and direct access to a private pool (JA2).

Junior Suite Seafront

The junior suites have the same amenities as the double rooms, and additionally offer guests bathrobes and slippers, 1 bottle of wine upon arrival, and are located in the annex buildings, directly on the beach (JF2).

The also renovated Family Rooms Superior consist of 2 separate bedrooms with a sliding door and feature comfortable amenities including a bathroom/WC, two 42" LED satellite TVs. They additionally have a refrigerator, balcony, and garden view, available on the 1st or 2nd floor (F2U).
Available at an additional charge also on the ground floor (2FS).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 11 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (Summer: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) at the main restaurant "Diktamo" featuring international and Greek cuisine. Soft drinks, juices, local beer, house wine, coffee, and tea are included during lunch and dinner. The main restaurant offers a separate children's buffet.
Breakfast (8 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (1 PM - 3:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) are also available buffet-style at the "Kalypso" tavern (available mid-April to October, dinner requires reservation). Dinner (7 PM - 10 PM) in the form of an Italian buffet, à la carte dishes, and show cooking at the "Trattoria" restaurant (available mid-June to mid-September, included once for stays of at least 5 days). Wok and BBQ dishes are available at the "Thalassa" snack bar from 12 PM - 5 PM (mid-May to October).
Local soft drinks, juices, beer, international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bar (specialty drinks at an extra charge). Ice cream, pizza, crepes, and sandwiches are available from 11 AM to midnight at the "Blue" pool bar and from 5 PM to midnight at the "Asteri" lobby bar. The "Sun & Sea" beach bar is open from 10 AM to 10 PM (mid-May to October, off-season 10 AM to 6 PM). The "Laguna" pool-beach bar is open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Additionally, a new Asian restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, mid-May to October) and a new fast-food restaurant (11 AM - 5:30 PM, mid-May to mid-October) are available. Vegetarian menus and special diet menus are provided upon request at the main restaurant.

Sports included

2 mini-football pitches (8x8), beach volleyball, an open basketball court (3x3), table tennis, fitness center, and aerobics.

Sports for a fee

18 tennis courts, including 4 padel courts and 1 pickleball court (available on request with local reservation, April, May, September, October), tennis lessons, Creta Golf Club (approx. 5 km away), mountain bike rental, and billiards. Guests can also use an "Olympic pool" (free of charge, unless already reserved for swimming groups; swimming groups always on request and for a fee).

Information on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
